About us- Personal profile
Cath has a lifetime of experience with horses, from being an active Pony Club member, and a Gold Medal winner in the University Teams competition to currently competing internationally both Show Jumping and Eventing. She is also a registered British Horse Society Intermediate Instructor, a Human Chartered Physiotherapist (MCSP and HPC registered) and qualified and registered Animal Manipulator (DipMCAM OCEPT). Whilst on paper this may look impressive, Cath predominantly attributes her success to her absolute passion and drive to bring out the best in the horses and riders under her direction.
“It is all about getting inside the head of the client, be it horse or rider and individually tailoring programmes to enable them to realise their potential”
Cath has been qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist for 17 years. She now specialises in Sport Injuries and has a particular interest in the physical effect of the rider on the horse.
As a animal manipulator and rehabilitator Cath has had many successes in returning horses, believed to be written off, back to a happy and meaningful way of life. In addition she enjoys working on horses that require more subtle interventions to improve and enhance their way of going and of course regular well deserved check ups on all horses and ponies.
